Bulk actions
While your organization scales there might be needs to manage the users in bulk. Though DronaHQ strongly recommends using SSO for user authentication and management, there are possibilities where the users might not belong to the organization like partners, agencies, contractual users etc. in which case bulk operations become critical.

You you need to have admin or owner level privileges to access or modify these configurations.
You can navigate to Manage Users -> Bulk Actions to perform these bulk actions.
DronaHQ provides the following list of bulk actions in user management:
- Invite users
- Auto-activate users
- Deactivate users
- Reactivate users
- Manage groups
Please Note
For all bulk operations the CSV formats are specified for each operation. ITs important to adhere to the same formats for the bulk actions to work.
